Easy Ground Beef Recipes

When it comes time to make fast and tasty meals, you have a few options. Unless you are of the vegetarian persuasion, you want to have some type of meat in your meals. There are plenty of great and easy ground beef recipes that you can make for your family without having to go as simple as adding it to Hamburger Helper. Not that this is not a great meal idea. You just don’t want to rely on that all of the time. You can find some great ideas that are easy, tasty, and that will be loved by your family.

One of the favorites in my family is the cheeseburger hoagies that you can make on your own. This is one of the easy ground beef recipes that I use quite often, and it is always something that leaves my family happy and full. All you do is brown your beef in a pan, turn it off, and then allow the cheese of your choice to melt on top. Once that is done, you can scoop it out and put it on buns, and then add whatever you want. Some good choices are lettuce, tomato, and onion, though these can obviously be topped with anything your family loves.

Another of the easy ground beef recipes that I use is spaghetti. You may already make yours this way, but if not, this is a simple thing to do that adds something to your regular pasta night. You can put your ground beef in the pan and brown it as you would with the hamburger hoagies. You can add spice if you want (like Italian or seasoned salt) or you can simply use salt and pepper. You then add your sauce of choice to your meat to complete this simplest of the easy ground beef recipes. Add to pasta and you have a great meal.

For something that takes longer, but is still a simple installment of the easy ground beef recipes category, you can make a very easy lasagna. Make your meat sauce as you would with the spaghetti, and then add the ingredients of your choice. I use layers of meat sauce along with the lasagna noodles, cheddar cheese, and then a layer of mozzarella on the top after some of the baking as been done. Though easy ground beef recipes like lasagna take longer to prepare and cook, the steps are easy. Not only that, your family will think you put a lot of work into something that was simple enough for you to put together.
